Our team of design engineers have over 300 years collective experience in injection molding parts design and production. In 1999 we implemented the IDEAS CAD/CAE software system for part design and evaluation. This software allows us to design parts in 2D and view the part in 3D perspective. We also have the capability to download your drawings into our CAD/CAE system, thereby increasing the speed at which we can give you solution ideas. We can download files in all industry standard CAD formats. In addition, because we are a manufacturing facility we can evaluate your part design for manufacturability.
